A Fresh Start in Prayer

A fresh start in prayer is not about turning a new page because you did everything right last year—it’s about turning toward God because His mercy never runs out. Lamentations reminds us that renewal is God’s idea before it is ours. Every morning carries grace we didn’t earn and compassion we didn’t exhaust. Prayer is how we step into that mercy intentionally.

Beginning again in prayer means releasing the pressure to perform and choosing presence instead. God is not asking you to prove your devotion—He is inviting you to receive His faithfulness. Prayer becomes the space where guilt loosens its grip and hope begins to breathe again.
