# Participant Terms & Conditions

By registering for The Praying Wife Kingdom Journey 2027, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

## International Travel, Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility

I understand that this is an international ministry trip and that international travel involves inherent and unpredictable risks. These may include illness, injury, accidents, crime, political or civil disruption, transportation delays, missed connections, lost or delayed baggage, changing entry requirements, itinerary changes, natural events and other circumstances outside the control of The Praying Wife, Inc.

I voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with international travel and participation in ministry projects, ground transportation, lodging, excursions, recreational activities and other scheduled or unscheduled trip activities.

I am responsible for my personal safety, health, conduct, medications, travel documents and belongings throughout the journey.

## Registration, Payments & Package Selection

I understand that a $400 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve my place and will be credited toward my selected package.

I agree to pay the required cumulative balance by each published payment deadline. Failure to remain current may result in cancellation of my reservation and the loss of funds already spent, committed or rendered non-refundable on my behalf.

I understand that my registration is personal and may not be transferred to another person without the written approval of The Praying Wife, Inc.

If I select the $4,000 package, I understand that the $500 meal allowance will be distributed within 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Participants who cancel, are removed from the trip before departure or do not travel will not receive the meal allowance.

## Cancellation & Refund Policy

I understand that registration payments may be used in advance to secure airfare, accommodations, transportation, activities, project materials and other trip-related expenses.

The initial $400 deposit is non-refundable.

If I cancel after making additional payments, a full refund may not be possible. Any refund will be limited to funds that The Praying Wife, Inc. is able to recover or that have not already been spent, committed or rendered non-refundable on my behalf.

The Praying Wife, Inc. is not required to reimburse non-refundable expenses from organizational funds because I am unable or choose not to travel, including because of illness, family emergencies, employment obligations, incomplete travel documentation or other personal circumstances.

Travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage is strongly recommended.

## Cancellation or Changes by The Praying Wife, Inc.

The Praying Wife, Inc. reserves the right to postpone, modify or cancel the journey when reasonably necessary because of safety concerns, insufficient participation, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, vendor changes, emergencies or circumstances outside the organization’s reasonable control.

If the entire journey is canceled, The Praying Wife, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to recover and return eligible funds. Any refund will be limited to amounts that have not already been spent, committed or rendered non-refundable.

The organization is not responsible for losses involving separate arrangements purchased independently by a participant.

## Baggage & Personal Belongings

I understand that The Praying Wife, Inc. is not responsible for baggage or personal belongings that are lost, delayed, damaged or stolen.

Any related claim or reimbursement is the responsibility of the traveler and the applicable airline, transportation provider or travel-insurance company.

Trip leaders may provide reasonable assistance, but such assistance does not make the organization financially responsible for the loss, replacement of belongings or expenses caused by delayed or lost baggage.

## Health, Vaccinations & Fitness to Travel

I am responsible for determining whether I am physically and medically able to participate in the journey and its planned activities.

I agree to inform trip leadership of relevant medical needs, allergies, medications, dietary restrictions, mobility limitations or conditions that may affect my participation or require reasonable preparation by the organization.

To reduce the risk of entry or travel complications, The Praying Wife, Inc. requires participants to obtain the Yellow Fever vaccine and carry their official vaccination certificate unless they have an appropriate medical exemption that has been disclosed to and reviewed with trip leadership before travel.

I understand that vaccination, medication and health recommendations may vary according to my age, medical history, passport, itinerary and flight routing. I am responsible for consulting an appropriate healthcare professional and satisfying the requirements applicable to me.

## Illness, Injury & Emergency Medical Care

I understand that illness or injury may occur even when reasonable precautions are taken.

If I become ill or injured, The Praying Wife, Inc. and its leaders will make reasonable efforts to assist me in obtaining appropriate care. However, the organization is not a medical provider and cannot guarantee the availability, quality or outcome of medical treatment.

I am financially responsible for medical treatment, medication, transportation, hospitalization, evacuation, repatriation or other healthcare expenses incurred on my behalf that are not covered by insurance.

If I am unable to make decisions during an emergency, I authorize trip leadership to contact emergency services, my designated emergency contact and appropriate medical providers and to assist in arranging reasonably necessary care on my behalf.

## Ministry Participation & Conduct

I understand that this Kingdom Journey includes hands-on ministry, service and project work conducted on behalf of The Praying Wife, Inc., and I willingly agree to participate as reasonably able.

I agree to conduct myself in a manner that reflects positively on Christ, my fellow travelers, The Praying Wife, Inc. and the communities we visit.

I agree to follow applicable laws, respect local customs and cultural expectations, cooperate with trip leadership and refrain from conduct that endangers, harasses, disrupts or materially interferes with the group or its ministry activities.

## Removal From the Journey

The Praying Wife, Inc. may restrict my participation in an activity or remove me from the journey when trip leadership reasonably determines that my conduct, health status, failure to follow instructions or failure to meet travel requirements presents a material safety, legal, operational or ministry concern.

If I am removed because of my conduct, noncompliance or failure to meet required travel documentation or health requirements, I understand that I may be responsible for arranging and paying for alternate accommodations, transportation or an early return home.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will remain subject to the cancellation and refund provisions above.

## Itinerary Changes

I understand that flights, accommodations, transportation, ministry projects, excursions and other activities may change because of weather, safety concerns, transportation disruptions, government requirements, vendor availability or other logistical circumstances.

I agree to remain flexible and understand that reasonable substitutions or itinerary changes do not, by themselves, constitute grounds for a refund.

## Flights & Transportation

The Praying Wife, Inc. is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, missed connections, baggage disruptions, schedule changes or other events caused by airlines, airports, government authorities or circumstances outside the organization’s reasonable control.

Additional personal expenses resulting from such disruptions may be my responsibility unless covered by an airline, another provider or travel insurance.

## Travel Documents & Insurance

I am responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documentation required for my circumstances, including a valid passport, Kenya Electronic Travel Authorization, vaccination or health documentation and any documentation required by an airline or transit country.

I understand that travel insurance is strongly recommended, particularly coverage for trip cancellation or interruption, medical emergencies, medical evacuation, repatriation and lost or delayed baggage.

## Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless The Praying Wife, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, trip leaders and volunteers from claims arising from the ordinary risks of travel and participation in the journey, including claims involving loss, injury, illness, accident, delay, cancellation or expense.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this release includes claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the released parties. It does not release claims that cannot legally be waived, including claims arising from gross negligence, reckless misconduct or intentional wrongdoing.

## Participants Under 18

A participant under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian complete all required parental consent, medical authorization and minor-participant documents.

The electronic submission of these general terms alone does not replace any separate documentation required for a minor.

## Severability

If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

## Final Acknowledgment & Electronic Signature

By signing or electronically submitting this form, I confirm that:

* I have read and understand these Participant Terms & Conditions.
* I have had the opportunity to ask questions before registering.
* I voluntarily agree to these terms.
* I consent to conducting this registration electronically.
* My electronic signature and submission are intended to have the same effect as my handwritten signature.

I understand that these terms apply to my participation in The Praying Wife Kingdom Journey: Karibu Kenya 2027

## Payment Schedule Agreement

I understand that I must select one of the following Kingdom Journey packages:

* **$3,500 Kingdom Journey Package:** Does not include a personal meal allowance.
* **$4,000 Kingdom Journey + Meal Allowance Package:** Includes a $500 personal meal allowance distributed within 24 hours before the scheduled departure.

A **$400 non-refundable deposit** is required at registration to reserve my place and will be credited toward my selected package.

### $3,500 Package Payment Schedule

* **At Registration:** $400 deposit — $400 total paid
* **November 15, 2026:** $775 — $1,175 total paid
* **January 15, 2027:** $775 — $1,950 total paid
* **March 15, 2027:** $775 — $2,725 total paid
* **May 15, 2027:** $775 final payment — $3,500 total paid

### $4,000 Package Payment Schedule

* **At Registration:** $400 deposit — $400 total paid
* **November 15, 2026:** $900 — $1,300 total paid
* **January 15, 2027:** $900 — $2,200 total paid
* **March 15, 2027:** $900 — $3,100 total paid
* **May 15, 2027:** $900 final payment — $4,000 total paid

I may make smaller or more frequent payments toward an upcoming installment. However, I understand that my account must reach the required cumulative balance for my selected package by each payment deadline.

I understand that failure to remain current with the payment schedule may result in the cancellation of my registration and the release of my reserved space unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing by The Praying Wife, Inc.

If my registration is canceled, any refund will be governed by the Kingdom Journey cancellation and refund policy. The initial $400 deposit remains non-refundable.
