Fighting From Victory

Key Scripture: 1 Corinthians 15:57 (NIV)

But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Devotional

Believers are not fighting to earn victory รขโ‚ฌโ€ victory was already secured through Christ.

That perspective changes everything.

The enemy wants Christians discouraged, defeated, and constantly feeling powerless. But the cross already settled the ultimate outcome.

Yes, battles still happen. Yes, spiritual warfare is real. Yes, difficult seasons come.

But none of those realities change who ultimately reigns.

Fighting from victory means standing confidently even before circumstances improve. It means trusting God while prayers are still unanswered. It means remaining faithful while the process still feels difficult.

Victory is not always immediate comfort. Sometimes victory looks like refusing bitterness, remaining faithful, continuing to pray, maintaining peace, and standing firm in truth.

Today, remember: your confidence comes from Christ’s finished work, not temporary emotions or circumstances.

Jesus, thank You for the victory You secured through the cross. Help me stand with confidence instead of fear or discouragement. Teach me to trust Your authority even while I wait for breakthrough.
