Empowering Women, Reaching Nations, Transforming Lives

the Praying wife In Action

At The Praying Wife, we don't just pray—we show up. Across countries and cultures, our sisterhood is stepping out in faith to serve, uplift, and bring light wherever God sends us. From schools to prisons, and local gatherings to global missions, our women are living out the Gospel in real, tangible ways. This is ministry in motion—led by love, fueled by prayer, and carried out with purpose.

Stories of Impact

At The Praying Wife, we believe that true transformation happens when faith and action go hand in hand. What began as a small prayer group has grown into a global network of women supporting one another and stepping into communities around the world with purpose. Below are stories and projects that reflect how God is using this sisterhood to change lives.

In rural Uganda, students and staff at Namutumba School were using unsafe, crumbling latrines. Through this project, The Praying Wife funded the construction of two new gender-separated latrines, complete with showers, restoring dignity and health to the school community.

Over 100 women, including mothers with their babies, received hygiene kits, prayer, worship, and a reminder that they are deeply loved by God. Four sisters from our Kenya chapter led the visit, which was so impactful the warden asked us to return for a full-day ministry session.

Sisterhood in Action

Real gatherings. Real women. Real faith.

What makes The Praying Wife special is not just the projects, but the women who make them possible. Across nations and backgrounds, we show up for one another and for the world. Whether it’s hosting meetups, sharing a meal, or praying side-by-side, we are united by faith and driven by love.

🇰🇪 Kenya Chapter Empowerment Day

In 2025, members of The Praying Wife’s leadership team traveled to Nairobi, Kenya to spend the day with our sisters there. We hosted a full-day workshop at the Radisson Blu, providing a full-day of meals, ministry, teaching sessions, and space for powerful testimony & connection.

Zambia Sister Meetup

🇿🇲 Zambia Chapter Meetup & Lunch

In 2025, we helped organize and sponsor a lunch for the sisters of our Zambia chapter, a beautiful afternoon of encouragement, laughter, and shared prayers. Though simple, it reflected our heart for local connections and global sisterhood.

Trinidad Sister Meetup

🇹🇹 Trinidad & Tobago Sister Gathering

The women of T&T hosted their own in-person lunch meet-up to connect and build sisterhood — completely self-funded, driven by their desire to create a space for faith and fellowship. It was a beautiful demonstration of what happens when women take the lead in their region.

Voices Of Impact

At the heart of The Praying Wife are the stories of real women—wives, mothers, sisters—who encountered God through this ministry and found strength, healing, and purpose. These testimonies are a glimpse into how your support empowers women to rise up in faith, overcome adversity, and walk boldly in their identity in Christ. Each voice represents a ripple of impact, echoing across nations and generations.
