• Joshua prayed for the sun to stand still, and God did it (Joshua 10:12-14).
• Hannah prayed for a child, and God gave her Samuel (1 Samuel 1:10-11).
• Elijah prayed for fire from heaven, and God sent it (1 Kings 18:36-39).

These were not timid, half-hearted prayers. They were bold prayers rooted in faith.

How Can We Pray with Confidence?

✅ Know Who You Are in Christ

• As children of God, we have the right to come before Him.
• Romans 8:15 reminds us that we can call Him “Abba, Father.”

✅ Pray God’s Word

• Bold prayers are Scripture-based prayers.
• Instead of saying, “Lord, I hope You will provide,” say, “Lord, You said in Philippians 4:19 that You will supply all my needs, and I trust You!”

✅ Remove Fear and Doubt

• James 1:6 warns that doubt hinders prayer.
• When you pray, believe God is able and willing to move.

✅ Be Specific and Expectant

• Bold prayers are clear and faith-filled.
• Ask God for exactly what you need, and trust His perfect timing.

✅ Thank God in Advance

• Philippians 4:6 teaches us to pray with thanksgiving before we even see the answer.
