Key Scripture: 2 Corinthians 10:4–5 (NIV)
The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world.
Devotional
Spiritual battles are not won with fleshly strategies. God has given us powerful weapons, and one of the most vital is His Word. Scripture tears down lies, exposes strongholds, and brings our thoughts back under Christ’s authority.
Many battles begin in the mind. Fear says one thing. Shame says another. Anxiety tries to dominate the heart. But the Word gives us a higher truth to declare. We do not deny the battle; we answer it with heaven’s perspective.
Speaking truth in battle does not mean pretending everything is easy. It means refusing to let the enemy narrate your life. God’s Word is stronger than the lie.
Today, identify one recurring lie and confront it with a specific truth from Scripture.
Prayer
Lord, help me fight spiritual battles with spiritual weapons. Expose every lie and teach me to bring my thoughts into obedience to Christ. Let Your Word be strong in me and over me. Amen.
