Together, we will participate in hands-on ministry and community projects, fellowship with women and families, experience the beauty and culture of Kenya, encounter incredible wildlife and create memories that will remain with us long after we return home.

Kenya is where the Kingdom Journey began, and in 2027 we are excited to return! From Nairobi’s energy and wildlife to Mombasa’s rich coastal culture and breathtaking beaches, Kenya offers an extraordinary combination of ministry, community, culture and natural beauty.
What makes Kenya especially meaningful to us are the relationships we have built there. Throughout the journey, we will serve alongside local partners, spend time with women and families, support meaningful community projects and continue strengthening the relationships established through The Praying Wife.
We will also experience some of the beauty God created, from giraffes and lions in Nairobi to the shores of the Indian Ocean in Mombasa.
Throughout the journey, you will hear the word “Karibu,” which means “Welcome.” If our first Kingdom Journey taught us anything, it is that Kenya has a way of making that welcome remain with you long after you leave.

Kingdom Journey Package
Daily breakfast is included. No personal meal allowance is provided; travelers cover remaining lunches, dinners, snacks and beverages.
Journey + Meal Allowance
Includes the complete journey plus a $500 personal meal allowance, distributed within 24 hours before departure.

Payment schedule
$400 non-refundable deposit due at registration. Smaller or more frequent payments are welcome as long as cumulative balances meet each deadline.

Meal coverage: Breakfast is included daily. The Mombasa resort is all-inclusive while guests are on property. Each traveler purchases their own dinner at Ali Barbour’s Cave.

- Passport, vaccination or medical costs
- Personal shopping, optional activities and gratuities
- Excess baggage fees
- Meals not covered by your selected package
Is travel insurance required?
It is not included, but it is strongly recommended. Look for trip cancellation and interruption, emergency medical care and evacuation, baggage and travel-delay coverage.
What passport validity is required?
Your passport must remain valid through December 28, 2027 and have sufficient blank pages.
What are the Yellow Fever requirements?
The Praying Wife requires participants to obtain the Yellow Fever vaccine and carry the certificate. Anyone medically unable to receive it must provide documentation and contact us before registering.
What is the cancellation policy?
The $400 registration deposit is non-refundable. Any additional refund is limited to funds not already spent, committed or non-refundable on the participant’s behalf.
Could entry requirements change?
Yes. Each participant is responsible for complying with current entry and health requirements at the time of travel.
CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE
Travelers may select one of two package options:
Option 1: Kingdom Journey Package - $3,500 per person
Includes the complete Kingdom Journey experience and daily breakfast. No personal meal allowance is included. Travelers are responsible for remaining lunches, dinners, snacks and beverages.
Option 2: Kingdom Journey + Meal Allowance - $4,000 per person
Includes everything in the $3,500 package, plus a $500 personal meal allowance distributed within 24 hours before departure. Any expenses over $500 are the traveler's responsibility, and any unused portion belongs to the traveler.
Both packages include:
- Round-trip international airfare from Fort Lauderdale
- Eight nights of hotel accommodations
- Daily breakfast
- Two nights at an all-inclusive Mombasa beach resort
- Resort meals, snacks and selected beverages while on property
- Round-trip SGR train travel between Nairobi and Mombasa
- Airport, railway and scheduled ground transportation
- Nairobi National Park safari
- Admission to the Giraffe Centre
- Standard Kenya eTA fee, where applicable
- Ministry project support and supplies
- Fellowship Day activities, Kingdom Journey T-shirt and local host support
