Key Scripture
Matthew 14:18
Bring them here to me.
Devotional
What feels small in your hands can become significant when placed in the hands of Jesus.
The disciples saw an insufficient lunch. Jesus saw something that could be blessed, multiplied, and used to feed a crowd.
We often disqualify what we have because it does not seem impressive enough. We think our time is too limited, our testimony too ordinary, or our influence too small.
God is not asking you to produce the miracle. He is asking you to bring what you have. Your availability, resources, gifts, and experiences can travel farther than you imagine when surrendered to Him.
Do not despise the small thing you can offer today. One faithful yes can feed faith in another person and continue multiplying long after you leave the room.
Heart Check
What have you been calling too small for God to use?
Practice Today
- Name one gift, resource, or experience you can offer God.
- Use that gift to serve one person today.
- Thank God for the ability to contribute without comparing yourself.
Prayer
Jesus, I bring You what I have. Forgive me for dismissing what looks small. Bless it, multiply it, and use it to strengthen someone else. Let my yes reach farther than I can see. Amen.
