Romans 12:6 (KJV)
Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;
Devotional
When you hear the word gifts, do you immediately think about someone who sings, teaches, or stands confidently in front of a room? It is easy to recognize what is visible while overlooking what God has placed in our own lives.
Romans 12 describes different gifts given by grace. Paul includes serving, teaching, encouraging, giving, leading, and showing mercy. The body of Christ needs this variety, and every gift belongs within a life offered to God.
Your contribution may look like patient encouragement, practical help, or compassion for someone who feels forgotten. Those expressions of grace can strengthen people in ways you may never fully see.
Sister, you do not need another woman’s assignment to make your life useful. Begin by paying attention to the ways you can help others grow and the responsibilities God has already allowed you to carry.
This week, we will consider how to steward our gifts with humility and purpose. Ask God to help you recognize what He has given you, then look for an opportunity to offer it in love instead of waiting for a more impressive setting.
Heart Check
What gift have I overlooked because it does not seem as visible as someone else’s?

Prayer
Father, thank You for the grace You have given me. Help me recognize and faithfully use the gifts You have placed in my life. Keep me humble, willing, and attentive to the needs of others. In Jesus’ name, amen.
