Key Scripture: Psalm 62:8 (NIV)
“Pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.”
Devotional
God desires honesty in relationship. Psalm 62:8 invites us to pour out our hearts—not filtered, not polished, but real. Relationship deepens when we stop hiding parts of ourselves from God.
We sometimes believe God only wants our faith-filled words, but He welcomes our fears, frustrations, and questions too. Prayer becomes healing when honesty replaces performance.
Bringing your whole self to God builds intimacy. He already knows your heart, but He invites you to trust Him with it anyway.
Today, let prayer be a place of refuge where you can be fully known and fully loved.
Scripture Insight
God invites vulnerability as an expression of trust.
