By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand this is an international trip and I am responsible for my own personal safety, health, and conduct at all times.

I release The Praying Wife, Inc., its leaders, and volunteers from liability for any loss, injury, illness, accident, or expense that may occur during travel, ministry activities, lodging, or excursions, including the safari.

I will carry myself in a manner that reflects positively on Christ, my fellow travelers, and the organization, and will respect cultural norms while in Kenya.

I recognize that this trip includes hands-on ministry and project work on behalf of The Praying Wife, Inc., and I willingly participate in those activities.

I understand that unforeseen changes may occur to the itinerary due to safety, weather, or logistical reasons, and I agree to remain flexible.

I accept that The Praying Wife, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings, missed flights due to traveler or airline error, or costs not included in the published package.

I take responsibility for obtaining and maintaining my passport, visa, required vaccinations, and travel insurance (if purchased).
