Key Scripture
Luke 16:10 (KJV)
He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.
Devotional
We often imagine that we would become more careful if the responsibility were bigger. With more money, more influence, or a larger opportunity, we assume we would suddenly manage everything better.
Jesus teaches that faithfulness in little things matters. The way we handle what is already entrusted to us reveals patterns of honesty and responsibility that will also affect larger assignments.
That may mean returning something we borrowed, following through on a promise, keeping accurate records, or using a small amount of money thoughtfully. Ordinary decisions give us opportunities to practice integrity today.
Sister, do not dismiss your current responsibilities because they seem small. Your home, relationships, work, and resources deserve care in this season. Faithfulness grows as you attend to them with a willing heart.
As we continue our Bible App plan and begin this week’s focus on what belongs to God, choose one small responsibility to handle well. You can ask Him for greater opportunities while also honoring the opportunities He has already given you.
