Key Scripture
Psalm 24:1 (KJV)
The earth is the LORD’S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
Devotional
Our language can reveal how we think about what we have. We speak about my money, my time, my gifts, and my plans, often without pausing to remember the One who holds our lives.
Psalm 24 declares that the earth and everything in it belong to the Lord. His ownership gives us a foundation for stewardship: we are called to care faithfully for what has been entrusted to us.
That perspective can change the questions we ask. Instead of simply asking whether we can afford something or fit it into our schedule, we also consider whether the choice reflects His wisdom and the responsibilities in our care.
Sister, belonging to God is a reason for trust as well as accountability. You are not managing your life without His presence or guidance. You can ask Him for wisdom and depend on Him as you learn to make better choices.
During today’s Bible App reading, consider one resource you have been holding tightly. Offer it to the Lord in prayer, then ask what faithful care would look like. Surrender becomes practical when it begins shaping the decisions we make.
